Why We Love It

• Our buttery shortbread cookie dough is great to have on hand for spring gatherings. It's specially made for us by Sweet Things bakery – a San Francisco Bay Area favorite for more than three decades that specializes in classic American baked goods. All you need to do is slice the dough, bake it and enjoy. This assortment includes three favorite flavors that are perfect for seasonal celebrations.

Net Weight

• 16 oz. each; 48 oz. total.
• Set of 3 logs, one of each flavor: Orange Creamsicle Pinwheel Cookie Dough, Meyer Lemon Cookie Dough and Strawberry Shortcake Marbled Cookie Dough.
• Each log makes approx. 20 cookies (approx. 60 total).
• Shipped frozen.

Receiving Instructions

• Cookie dough ships frozen to arrive chilled.
• Upon receipt, store unopened in refrigerator for up to 1 week, or in freezer for up to 5 months.

Preparation Instructions

• If dough is frozen, thaw in refrigerator overnight.
• Preheat oven to 350°F.
• Line baking sheets with parchment paper or lightly grease pans to prevent cookies from sticking.
• Slice cookies 1/4" thick. Place cookies on prepared pans, leaving 2" between them.
• Rewrap leftover dough and return to refrigerator or freezer.
• Bake for 10 minutes. Check regularly, as oven temperatures may vary. Edges of cookies should be lightly golden when done.
• Allow to cool before serving.

• Orange Creamsicle Pinwheel Cookies: Sugar cookie dough slice and bake master (unbleached wheat bread flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), butter (cream, salt), powdered sugar (sugar, cornstarch), dextrose, vanilla bean extractives), orange puree – boiron (sugar, orange zest, oranges), orange zest, glycerin, water, turmeric, polysorbate 80.
• Meyer Lemon Cookies: Slice and bake master (unbleached wheat bread flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), butter (cream, salt), powdered sugar (sugar, cornstarch), dextrose, vanilla bean extractives), native organic white crystal cane sugar, Meyer lemon concentrate, lemon zest (lemon zest (chopped lemon peels, cane sugar and natural lemon flavor)), yellow color (vegetable glycerin, water, polysorbate 80, turmeric).
• Strawberry Shortcake Marbled Cookies: Organic enriched flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), butter, powdered sugar, strawberry puree (strawberry, concentrated carrot juice (to enhance color), natural red food color (glycerin, water, beet color, lycopene, red cabbage color), vanilla bean powder.
• Contains wheat/gluten, dairy.
• This product is prepared and packaged using machines that may come in contact with eggs, peanuts, soy, sesame, mustard.
