• The centerpiece of festive gatherings in Hawaii, Kalua pork is traditionally pit-smoked for hours until the meat is savory, smoky and tender. Now, you can enjoy this delicious dish at home in just 45 minutes. Our succulent hand-pulled pork is seasoned with Himalayan pink salt and smoky essence, then wrapped in a banana leaf. The leaf traps steam during heating, so the meat turns out exceptionally moist, flavorful and perfect for serving with your favorite sides.

Receiving Instructions

• Pork ships frozen with dry ice, which may have evaporated during shipment. This is normal. Please take care not to touch any remaining dry ice with bare hands.
• Upon receipt, remove pork from shipping container and store in freezer for up to 12 months. Once opened, enjoy within 10 days.

Preparation Instructions

• Thaw overnight in refrigerator.
• Pork is best enjoyed heated.
• Preheat oven to 350°F.
• Remove plastic wrap from tray and heat pork in oven for 40–45 minutes.
• After heating, remove and discard butcher's twine and banana leaf.
• Use caution when unwrapping – steam will be released when leaf is removed.
